“Samrub Mueng Nak Prach” takes us to Ubon Ratchathani in the rainy season, when its rivers, forests, and fields are at their most abundant. Through seasonal ingredients and the age-old wisdom of fermentation, preservation, and preparation, the menu tells a story of how the people of Ubon have learned to live with the seasons, making the most of what nature provides today, while preserving its flavors for the seasons to come.
